30-Day Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reshipment. Your choice, no questions asked. For full details on transit times, fulfilment origins, and customs, see our Shipping Policy.
How It Works
The 30-day window starts on the date your order is dispatched — not the date you placed the order. Your dispatch date is shown on your tracking notification email.
If your order has not arrived by day 30, contact us and we will resolve it. You can either:
- Receive a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5 business days
- Have your order reshipped at no additional cost
If your original parcel arrives after we have already processed your claim, you are welcome to keep it. No return is required.
How to Claim
Email sales@bashfashion.co.uk with your order number and tracking reference. We respond within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (London time).
Terms
- This guarantee applies to all orders placed on bashfashion.co.uk.
- The 30-day window is calculated from your dispatch date.
- Claims must be submitted within 60 days of your original order date.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
- This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs holds on orders over £135, natural disasters, industrial action, or carrier network disruptions.
- This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
- BashFashion reserves the right to verify delivery status with the relevant carrier before processing a claim.
