Your Right to Cancel ("Cooling-Off Period")
You have a legal right to cancel your online order if you change your mind after receiving the items.
- Unshipped Orders: You can cancel an unshipped order for a full refund. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but must be returned.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us of your wish to cancel. This is your statutory "cooling-off period."
- How to Cancel: Start a return in your customer account or email us within the 30-day period.
- Returning Items: Once you have notified us, you have another 30 days to send the goods back.
- Return Postage Costs (Unwanted Items): You are responsible for the cost of return postage for unwanted items. We recommend using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.
- Refund of Original Delivery Costs: When you return your full order, we will refund the items' cost plus our standard delivery charge. If you chose a premium delivery option, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery.
Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
- 30-Day Right to Full Refund: If a faulty item is received, you have the right to reject it and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- How to Return a Faulty Item: Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at sales@bashfashion.co.uk, providing your order number and details of the fault.
- Return Postage Costs (Faulty Items): We refund the full cost of return postage for any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
How to Make a Return
Returning an item is simple:
Option 1:
- Contact our support team by emailing sales@bashfashion.co.uk. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
- If your return is approved, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Option 2:
- Start Your Return: Log in to your account at account.bashfashion.co.uk. Go to your order history, select the order with the item(s) you wish to return, and click "Start a Return."
- Select Items and Reason: Choose the item(s) and select the appropriate reason for your return.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items to prevent damage. Original packaging is not required, but items must be protected.
- Send Your Parcel: Attach the return label to your parcel and send it back. Obtain and keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.
Refunds
- Processing Time: We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be made to your original method of payment. It can take 5-10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. We will email you once your return has been processed.
Condition of Returned Items
To receive a full refund, all returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Please be careful not to leave marks (e.g., from makeup or deodorant) when trying on items.
- A deduction can be made from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because you handled them more than was necessary (i.e., beyond what you would do to inspect them in a shop).
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless they are faulty, the following items cannot be returned for a refund:
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal is not intact or has been broken.
- Pierced jewellery where the seal has been tampered with or broken.
- Spare parts that have been installed or used.
